Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley purchased a total of more than $600 million in spot bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) during the second quarter, regulatory filings showed on Wednesday.

👉Goldman Sachs holdings: $418 million

👉Morgan Stanley holdings: $188 million

The news comes after mounting regulatory pressure, particularly from the European Commission, which has long scrutinized Apple’s tight control over its NFC technology.

For the first time, this could make Bitcoin "Tap to Pay" possible on iPhone.
