✌️ Microsoft to vote on Bitcoin

Microsoft’s upcoming shareholder meeting on December 10 is shaping up to be a closely watched event. The tech giant’s board of directors (BOD) and shareholders are facing a proposal for the company to invest in Bitcoin.

However, the company have urged shareholders to vote against it for the following reason: “This proposal requests that the Board conduct an assessment that is unnecessary because Microsoft's management already carefully considers this topic.”
