⚽ PSG Adds Bitcoin

Paris Saint-Germain F.C., one of Europe’s biggest football clubs and in this weekend’s Champions League final, has just become the first major sports club to add Bitcoin to its treasury.

They also plan to explore Bitcoin payments. Another step in Bitcoin’s mainstream adoption, this time from the top tier of global sport, following in Real Bedford’s footsteps.

⚡️ Bitcoin Coming to Square

Jack Dorsey’s Block is rolling out native Bitcoin payments to Square.

Square, which serves over 4 million merchants worldwide, will soon let businesses accept Bitcoin directly via the Square app, settling instantly in BTC or local currency. No third parties, no added complexity.

It’s starting in the US this summer, with international rollout to follow.

🇬🇧 “Britain Needs a Bitcoin Reserve”

Nigel Farage is back in the headlines, this time promising to establish a national Bitcoin reserve if elected.

He also pledged to push forward pro-Bitcoin legislation and build a regulatory framework that encourages innovation rather than stifles it.

Whatever your views on him, once one candidate makes Bitcoin part of their platform, game theory for votes kicks in. Others may soon follow. The Overton Window has officially shifted.

🇵🇰 Pakistan’s Strategic Bitcoin Reserve

Pakistan just unveiled a state-backed strategic Bitcoin reserve.

Led by the Ministry of IT, the initiative also includes plans to launch Bitcoin mining operations, using 2,000 megawatts of surplus electricity in the first phase, a move designed to support both Bitcoin mining and AI data centres.

🌍 New African Bitcoin Think Tank

The Africa Bitcoin Institute has officially launched a dedicated think tank focused on Bitcoin research, policy, and analysis for the African continent.

Led by respected voices, it’s a major step toward shaping region-specific solutions and empowering policymakers with clear, Bitcoin-native insights.

🎮 GameStop Officially Buys Bitcoin

GameStop has confirmed its first Bitcoin purchase, following through on its treasury strategy.

The purchase was for 4,710 BTC, making them the 13th largest public company to hold Bitcoin on the balance sheet, a signal that the Strategy playbook is spreading.

☕️ Building a Bitcoin Coffee Farm in El Salvador

Harry joins to discuss his remarkable journey establishing a Bitcoin-powered coffee farm in El Salvador. After purchasing an abandoned plantation in the mountains near Berlin (El Salvador).

Harry has spent the past year building a vertically integrated coffee business that accepts and operates on Bitcoin.
